The DU women's tennis team suffered its second defeat in as many days on Saturday, falling to No. 11 Pepperdine by a score of 6-1 at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center in Malibu, Calif. Denver is now 7-5 on the 2017 season.

Team Slattery/O'Loughlin & Team Mok/Barnhill both scored doubles wins for DU to give the Pios an early 1-0 lead. The Waves then reeled off six singles wins to take the decision by a 6-1 final.
