Lukosevicius Leading
-Jarid Lukosevicius is T-8^th in NCAA goal scoring with 11 goals and T-7^th in plus/minus rating with a +14
-Denver is 6-0-1 when Lukosevicius scores and 4-4-1 when he does not
 
Denver vs. Wisconsin
-Denver and Wisconsin were both members of the WCHA from 1969-2013, at which point both programs departed for newly-formed conferences, the Big Ten and the NCHC
 -The Pioneers will face off against the Badgers for the first time since Nov. 26, 2016 (6-5 W). Wisconsin leads the all-time series, 76-62-13
-Denver is 6-0-1 against unranked and non-conference opponents this season
 
Reinprecht Homecoming
-Pioneers volunteer assistant coach Steven Reinprecht began his playing career as a center at the University of Wisconsin where he tallied 162 points (72-90-162) in 154 games. During the 1999-2000 season, Reinprecht was recognized as Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) Player of the Year as well as American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) First-Team All-American
-Following his collegiate career, Reinprecht played 11 years in the NHL (winning a Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 2001) and part of seven in the DEL, the top German professional league
 
Top Line Production
-Emilio Pettersen, Cole Guttman and Jarid Lukosevicius have combined for 30 even-strength points and 15 even-strength goals, accounting for 32% of the Pioneers' even-strength points and 41% of the Pioneers' even-strength goals 
-Pettersen, Guttman and Lukosevicius have skated on Denver's top line for 14/16 games this season, the exception being Dec. 8-9 at North Dakota
 
IIHF World Junior Championship
-Ian Mitchell (Canada) and equipment manager Nick Meldrum (USA) are representing the Pioneers are the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship in Vancouver and Victoria, B.C.
-Emilio Pettersen represented Norway at the 2019 WJC– Division 1 Group A from Dec. 9-15 in Füssen, Germany, tying for fifth in tournament scoring with three goals and three assists in four games
 
High-Scoring Freshmen 
-Denver's freshmen class has combined for 58 points (19-39-58), T-2^nd in the NCAA
-Emilio Pettersen is tied for 2nd among NCAA freshmen with 17 points (5-12-17)
-Cole Guttman is tied for 6^th among NCAA freshmen with a +11 plus/minus rating
 
Avalanche Recalls Logan O'Connor
-The Colorado Avalanche has recalled Logan O'Connor (2015-18) from the Colorado Eagles (AHL)
