DENVER - The University of Denver women's tennis team (2-1, 0-0) defeated the Fresno State Bulldogs, 6-1, on Saturday in Seattle, Wash.
The Pioneers earned five singles points and won two doubles matches en route to their second win of the season.
No. 65 Julia O'Laughlin earned a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles against Emma Wilson as well as a doubles win with her partner Bianca Mok against Georgia Lawson & Emma Wilson, 6-1. Mok won her match at No. 2 singles, 7-6 (4).
Hada Chang also earned a couple victories, defeating Alessia Dario at No. 5 singles (7-6 (2), 6-2) and winning her doubles match with Anna Riedmiller.

The University of Denver is holding an alumni giving challenge for the 2017-2018 season in an effort to increase student-athlete alumni participation in the Denver Athletics Annual Fund.
