The Denver Pioneers (16-4, 4-0) won their 11th consecutive match with a 7-0 win against South Dakota on Sunday in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Denver cruised to their 10th sweep of the season and fifth-consecutive shutout with victories on every court. The Pioneers remain atop the Summit League standings with one conference match remaining.
On the doubles court, Julia O’Loughlin and Gracia Mboko defeated Jana Lazarevic and Anastasiia Bondarenko 6-0 at No. 1, then Hada Chang and Anna Riedmiller secured the team point with a 6-1 win against Barbora Kollarova and Nanette Nylun at No. 2.
In singles play, No. 55 O’Loughlin won 7-5, 6-2 at No. 1, Mok won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2, Chang won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3, Arisha Ladhani won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4, Camille Verden-Anderson swept 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 and Riedmiller won 6-1, 7-6 (2) at No. 6.
Chang’s singles victory marked her 13th-straight win and Chang and Reidmiller’s doubles win marked their seventh straight win.
The Pioneers are set to continue their season on Tuesday, April 17 at Colorado University.
