The No. 45 Denver Pioneers women's tennis team (9-4, 0-0) is set to open Summit League play at home this weekend. The Pioneers will host Oral Roberts in their first conference match of the year on Friday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m. MT, then host New Mexico on Saturday, March 7 at 11 a.m. MT. Both matches will be played at the Denver Tennis Park.
Last weekend, the Pioneers won two matches with a 7-0 sweep of Seattle and a 6-1 win on the road against Colorado.
Anna Riedmiller was tabbed Summit League Player of the Week for going 2-0 at #2 singles and doubles. Denver's

Hada Chang also received recognition this week as the duo entered the Oracle/ITA Doubles Rankings at 69
th after upsetting No. 49 Monica Malinen/Sara Nayer (Colorado) 6-2 last weekend. Melville/Chang are 8-5 at #1 doubles this season.
Reidmiller, Melville and
Tatum Burger have all registered a singles win in each of the Pioneers' victories this season. Melville and Riedmiller each have 9-2 marks at #1 and #2, respectively.
