Box Score SAN DIEGO, California – The University of Denver women's tennis team earned three singles wins and a doubles victory on each of the final two days at the 2023 San Diego Veterans Tennis Classic, which concluded on Sunday.
 
Each of DU's two doubles teams at the tournament captured a win including a bagel for junior Andrea Burguete Beltran and graduate student Britt Pursell on Sunday. Freshman Karsyn Evans and sophomore Louise Wikander teamed up for a 6-2 win on Saturday.
 
Beltran, Evans and Wikander won their six combined singles matches between Saturday and Sunday – moving all three to perfect 3-0 records in singles during the tournament.
 
Denver next heads to Salt Lake City for the 2023 ITA Mountain Regional Championships, beginning on Wednesday, October 18.
