DENVER – The No. 51-ranked University of Denver women's tennis team (14-6, 5-0 Summit) will host Oral Roberts in its final dual of the regular season on Friday, April 13, at 10 a.m. MT.
DU is seeking its 10
th-consecutive Summit League regular-season title this weekend, which it can secure with a win over ORU on Saturday or if South Dakota loses against North Dakota on Friday, April 10.
Last Time Out:
Denver grabbed two more road wins with a 4-3 victory at Tulsa on April 5 and a 6-1 win at Kansas City the following day on April 6. Denver's only point conceded at Kansas City was at No. 6 singles where DU opted to only play with five singles players.
Series History:
Oral Roberts: Denver is 10-0 against Oral Roberts including sweeps in nine of the previous meetings. The last three duals have been played at ORU, most recently on April 8, 2023, in a 7-0 win for DU. The Golden Eagles have not played in Denver since March 6, 2020, in another 7-0 DU win.
