To start off the season, Denver will make its usual appearance at the Bedford Cup in the Mountains, hosted by the Air Force Academy. For the second time in the last three years, DU will also make the trip to the Baylor Invite.

DU's annual Colorado Cup fall tournament is scheduled for October 24-26 at Denver Tennis Park and will feature Colorado, New Mexico, Weber State and Wyoming. Play will follow a hidden dual format.

The Pioneers will seek berths into the NCAA Division I Singles and Doubles Championships during the fall campaign, starting with the 2025 ITA Mountain Regional Championships, hosted by BYU, on October 7-11. The two singles finalists and the doubles championship team will automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships, which will be held November 18-23 as the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.

The ITA also provides NCAA singles and doubles qualification opportunities throughout the fall and will announce competitors at each tournament later in the fall. Among the NCAA qualifying tournaments are the ITA All-American Championships (September 20-28 in Cary, North Carolina) and ITA Conference Masters Championships (November 6-9 in San Diego, California).

Denver's spring dual schedule will be announced in the late fall.

Last season, then-senior Andrea Burguete Beltran secured a berth to the 2024 NCAA Division I Singles Championships after advancing to the ITA Mountain Regional Championships singles final. At the NCAA tournament, she became the fourth Denver women's singles player to win an NCAA match, upsetting No. 31-ranked Oyinlomo Quadre (FIU) in straight sets in the round of 64.

The 2025-26 University of Denver women's tennis team will be led by four experienced seniors in Hana Bečirovič Novak, Marley Lambert, Claudia Martinez de Velasco and Louise Wikander. The quartet helped lead Denver to an 11th consecutive Summit League tournament title in 2024-25 and advanced to the NCAA National Championships for the 14th time in program history.
