DENVER -- The [18] Denver women's lacrosse team will host the Xavier Musketeers on Saturday afternoon at 12 p.m. MT for their final regular-season game at Peter Barton Stadium.
The Pioneers are 2-0 all-time against the Musketeers. The meeting marks the first between the two teams at Peter Barton Stadium, as the inaugural in the Mile High City was canceled due to inclement weather in 2024.Â
PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
- Denver defeated Villanova, 14-5, on April 11 in Pennsylvania.Â
Caroline Keil earned Big East Attacker of the Week for her four-goal performance in the win.
- DU returns home for games against in-state rival, [16] Colorado, on April 15 before hosting Xavier for senior day on April 18. Â
- The Pioneers close out the regular season on the road against [25] Georgetown on April 25.Â
THE RIPPLE EFFECT

Olivia Ripple tied for the sixth-fastest Pioneer to reach the 100 goal milestone, doing so on March 13 in 48 games.
-Ripple leads the Big East and is 8th in the nation , averaging 3.69 goals per game and her 48 goals this season are good for 16th nationally.Â
-She broke the single-game scoring record with 10 goals in the Pioneers' 23-10 victory over Marquette last season.
-Her 63 goals in 2025 are good for 5th most in a single season.
-The California native owns the record for most goals in a postseason game with 7 in the 20-9 victory over Georgetown in the Big East Semifinal game.
FREE POSITION FIREPOWER
-Eight different Pioneers have recorded at least one free position goal this season: Ripple, Keil, Thomsen-Marr, Dineen, Mutch, Bowers, Harris and Cho.Â
-Keil leads the nation with 1.31 free position goals per game. Her 17 free position goals are good for second-most by a Pioneer in a single season with the record 18 being set by Julia Gilbert in 2023.
A BALANCED OFFENSE
-The Pioneers rank 13th in the country in scoring offense, averaging 14.62 goals per game.

-DU ranks 33rd nationally with 9.92 caused turnovers per contest.Â
-Denver has forced 7+ caused turnovers in all but six games over the last four seasons.
