DENVER – University of Denver women's tennis players Andrea Burguete Beltran and Marley Lambert are ranked No. 53 nationally in doubles in the ITA Computerized Rankings, released by the ITA on Tuesday.
 
The DU senior and junior have appeared in the ITA doubles rankings each week that they have been released during the spring dual season, peaking at No. 29 on February 20.
 
Since the last rankings were released two weeks ago, Burguete Beltran/Lambert have posted two 6-3 wins against Summit League opponents at home while dropping a tiebreaker to the No. 42 team of McCarty/Bach from Montana State.
 
So far in the 2025 dual season, Burguete Beltran/Lambert own an 8-4 record, all at the No. 1 spot for Denver. They have a road win over the then-No. 12 ranked team of Otway/Pascaul from TCU from the ITA Kickoff Weekend on January 25 and have won five of their last six matches. All four of the duo's losses in 2025 have come against teams that are currently ranked inside the top 50 nationally including three in the top 25.
 
The ITA Division I Women's Collegiate Tennis Rankings recognize the top 75 teams (out of 311), 125 singles players and 80 doubles teams at the NCAA Division I level.
 
The University of Denver women's tennis team hosts its final home match of the regular season and continues Summit League play against St. Thomas on Saturday, March 8.
